Hall Rules & Regulations
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HALL RESERVATION.
• Security deposit 15,000/- (Conditions Apply)
• Deposit will be Refund After 15 days from the event date. To collect the deposit, the client needs to submit an event reservation form. (No refund will issued if customer fail to submit event reservation form.)
• Event duration for wedding and Parties, it is 4 Hours (Lunch 11.30 am to 3.30 pm) (Dinner 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm)
(For Additional 1 hour will charge 5000/-)
• For corporate event, the time duration is to be mutually agreed and set out in the ERF.
• I abide by the regulations of the Authority in relation to Bright Grand Hall and agree to use the building its fitting, Fixtures, Electrical & Building Items Furniture etc. carefully and hand over the hall back within the allocated time.
• I also agree to any deduction from my deposit in case of a damaged caused to
any of the above items during my period of reservation.
• If any cancellation on booking, 100% hall charges will not refunded.
You agree not to do the following:
1. Bring any pets or animals, combustible, inflammable or other hazardous materials, substances emitting offensive odors, or any other articles Bright Grand deems to be inappropriate for the hall premises.
2. Move Bright Grand furniture and fixtures without obtaining permission Bright Grand.
3. Use Bright Grand facilities for purposes other than agreed to by Bright Grand.
4. Behave in an unacceptable manner that causes a disturbance or annoyance to others, or disregard instructions given by Bright Grand.
5. Engage in gambling or any other activities that offend public order and morals or violate laws and
regulations.
6. Prohibited to bring or consume alcoholic beverages within the hall premises.
